The Hope Island Resort Portal is maintained and operated by the Body Corporate Manager, Cambridge Management Services (CMS).
It is a repository for detailed information about the operation of HIR and about the Residential Body Corporate (RBC) entities that make up the Resort.
Access to information about a particular RBC is restricted to registered users who own property or reside at HIR. The information available includes relevant By-Laws and RBC Committee Meeting minutes.
The website has a direct link to the
HIR News website (click on “HIR News” on the top toolbar). HIR News is the official website of Primary Thoroughfare Body Corporate (PTBC) and the Principal Body Corporate (PBC). It is an open website, accessible to anyone.
Information about Hope Island Resort and about the PBC in particular is posted there regularly.
Community groups at HIR can advertise their activities at HIR News without charge and help is available to prepare and maintain the information. Business listings are encouraged, especially if they offer some advantage to HIR residents and owners. Any proceeds from advertising on the HIR News website is used to defray the cost of operating the HIR News website.
