Dear Residents,
Please be advised that Civil Contractors have been engaged by the owner of the area known as Pavilions to start civil works on the proposed 43 residential lots in the Resort from 9th January 2012. It is expected that works will continue through to August/September 2012.
During this time heavy vehicles will be accessing the site as required. In order to minimize disruption and damage to the roadways access to the site will be off the main roundabout as shown on the plan located at http://portal.hir.com.au/BCNotices.aspx
